World Vision received an honorary EU4Youth award in the category “Excellence in Youth-led Initiatives” to celebrate the achievements in the scope of the project "EU4Youth – Say Yes Skills For Jobs”.

The award ceremony was organized as a part of a wider series of events called EaP EU4Youth Days and it was live-streamed publicly.

We would like to express our gratitude to European Union.  It is a great honor to be a part of such an important initiative and work on youth empowerment alongside them.

World Vision Georgia has been implementing the EU-funded project "Skills for Jobs" since 2018, which aims to help young people acquire the skills needed for employment. One of the important components of the project is the youth SKYE clubs. Where young people aged 16 to 25 develop competencies in leadership, social inclusion, entrepreneurship, and employment.

16 SKYE clubs have been established in 4 regions of Georgia within the project.
