The practical capacity-building course on Confectionary was designed for asylum seekers, refugees, humanitarian status holders and stateless persons in Georgia involved to develop skills and promote employability.

The confectionery course allowed participants to master confectionery preparation and baking, the design and decoration of confectionery, kitchen rules and functions, calculations, grammar and other important issues. Each participant expressed best efforts and high level of responsibility during the preparation of international desserts provided by the course.
